How To Start a Blog and Make Money

Introduction

The Internet age came alongside so many innovations and one of which I would love to share with you right now.

Back in the days, writers simply made money by publishing books and writing in newspaper columns at that time, while this worked for a while it was not encouraging young and freelance writers who just wanted to write all for the fun of it.

You had to go through so many processes and in the end, you might end up not achieving anything.

In the long run, the internet came and the publishing industry experienced a revolution and it all changed, it was now easy to start a publishing empire even from home or from any part of the world.

What Is a Blog?

A blog is a discussion or informational website published on the World Wide Web consisting of discrete, often informal diary-style text entries.

Posts are typically displayed in reverse chronological order, so that the most recent post appears first, at the top of the web page

3. Choose a Blog Engine.

A blog engine simply houses everything that has to do with your blog business logic such as posts, images and videos and so much more.

There are so many blog engines out there to serve the main purpose of hosting your blog like WIX, Blogspot by Google and WordPress, so many expert bloggers recommend the use of WordPress as a blog engine because it suits blogging purpose well than the others.

Just in case you are really broke, you can start with Blogger By Google on a free domain, but I highly recommend doing a switch over as quick as possible.

Here is an article that I recommend that you read to help you choose the best blog engine to use.

4. Plan your content.

The next item on the list is to plan how to dish your content to your audience, this process will likely go on for as much time as you like. You also need to learn SEO to properly back it up.

How To Make Money Blogging.

There are so many ways to make money blogging but you have to choose the one that works well for you. The first on my list is a very common one called
